Day Of Coordinating Packages

We will bring the creation of your dream into reality by managing the rehearsal, ceremony and reception.  We will coordinate with all the vendors to ensure the accuracy of the services provided.  We will give direction and handle time management as well as solve any unexpected obstacles that arise.

Coordinating your wedding will keep everything in order, on schedule and stress free so you and your family can relax and enjoy one of the most exciting days of your life.​

Although we offer specific packages, each wedding is unique, and so are your particular needs and vision. Every package listed below are subject to change depending on the size and details of your wedding and can be combined and customized to help you fulfill your dreams and desires.  All packages below include up to two coordinators.  Additional staff and assistance can be added for an additional charge.​

Day Of Ceremony Only Package $780

This package is if you would like professional assistance with your wedding ceremony only.

  • Confirm the details with all the vendors weeks & days prior.

  • Assist with any vendor payments.

  • Provide you with professional emergency kit.

  • Facilitate your rehearsal.

  • Coordinate setup and cleanup of ceremony.

  • Manage all vendor deliveries.

  • Hand out bouquets and boutonnieres.

  • Assist with programs and guestbook.

  • Cue and direct ceremony.

  • Attend to special needs.

Day Of Reception Only Package $880

This package is for you if you would like professional assistance with your wedding reception only.

  • Confirm the details with all the vendors weeks & days prior.

  • Assist with any vendor payments.

  • Provide you with professional emergency kit.

  • Manage timeline.

  • Coordinate setup and cleanup of reception.

  • Manage all vendor deliveries.

  • Placement of guestbook, escort cards, place cards, table numbers and favors.

  • Load getaway car with couple’s personal belongings.

  • Make sure cards, gifts & belongings go home with designated person.

  • Handle any issues or problems that may arise.

  • Attend to special needs….and much more.

Complete Day Of Package $1,400

This package is perfect for you if you would like professional assistance throughout your wedding day.  It combines the Ceremony Only and Reception Only Packages, but is offered at a discounted price.

  • Confirm the details with all the vendors weeks & days prior.

  • Assist with any vendor payments.

  • Provide you with professional emergency kit.

  • Facilitate your rehearsal.

  • Cue and direct ceremony.

  • Coordinate setup and cleanup of ceremony & reception.

  • Manage all vendor deliveries.

  • Manage timeline.

  • Assist with programs.

*An additional charge might be added if the ceremony & reception are at two separate locations, if the date falls on a holiday weekend or if the venue is located outside of our 50 mile radius.
